Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the United-Electric E122 M9BB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Weildmuller products, including obsoleted and phased-out Westinghouse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Visolux product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Weildmuller such as the 7940005471 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VPV56A142C manufactured by Westinghouse and we are pleased to be able to service most Westinghouse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MLV408H653233 by Manufacturer Visolux as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ab Brand 20AD5P0A3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Zullig such as COSMOS25 equipment made by Zullig have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Zullig products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Zullig" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 6080518005000 made by Zeiss as well as the popular LifelineII12832001 original spares produced by Zellweger

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the YP11MGVL80 by Wenglor and COSMOS25 spares by Zullig are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B13462R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Uson.
